"Anthony's Key Resort, on Roatan Island, Honduras. This is a FIRST CLASS place! The resort is on the main island, with cottages on a 10 acre island where we stayed. From the bar and dining room we see Bailey's Key, where there is a dolphin encounter area. (1 of 47)",
"There is a channel between Bailey's Key and Anthony's key, which is what you now see. A boat runs 24 hours a day to take you across the water to the other island. The cottages ring the island and there is a pool in the center. There are 52 steps down to the beach from the bar, dining room area. No elevators here! (2 of 47)",
"To the East, the end of Anthony's Key, the reef, and the Carribean. Beautiful! There was a museum, gift shop, photo shop, dive shop, store, and a hospital along the dock. Remember, I said FIRST CLASS! (3 of 47)",
"Down those 52 steps, and wait for the boat. We saw hummingbirds, a parrot who lived near the bar, and lots of flowers and butterflies. (4 of 47)",
"Once on Anthony's Key, just follow the wide paths thru the island to your cottage. Coconut trees heavy with fruit, Don't want to get hit on the head by one of those! The paths were raked every day. (5 of 47)",
"You don't see cottages, or the ocean as you walk on the island. It is thick with trees and plants. Very relaxing, and peaceful. (6 of 47)",
"Trees and sand. Paradise! (7 of 47)",
"Finally, our cottage. We are out on the ocean side, with the sound of the surf. Who could want anything more? (8 of 47)",
"We had 4 units there, 2 were ours, and the other side had one guest. The deck between the cottages was covered, and had 4 hammocks. Lounging there was very restful, but we wanted to explore more. Rest will have to wait... (9 of 47)",
"The rooms had beds, a sink, shower and potty. No glass in the windows, and with the ceiling fans going, it was cool inside all the time. We slept with a sheet, and of course, John and Kristel, who are always cold, wrapped up in the bedspread! (10 of 47)",
"Off in the distance, we see another cottage. Never heard anything from over there, don't know if anyone was there at all. (11 of 47)",
"Just below the deck was Lava rock. A small channel passed in front, and then just 20 feet more, the ocean. The seas broke about 100 yards out. Sunsets would be just to the left, over Bailey's Key. (12 of 47)",
"Back into the jungle, let's find that pool! (13 of 47)",
"We found it, at the end of this walkway. (14 of 47)",
"What a beautiful pool! Had a bar and snack bar. They had towels, and coffee also. The water was great, no salt taste here. Drinks were great too. (Just ask the kids.) (15 of 47)",
"Tan, swim, tan, turn over, get a drink, tan, swim, drink, This was what I was meant for! (16 of 47)",
"Hi, dad. Hey, did you know we can just sign for drinks? What a deal! (17 of 47)",
"Meet Greg the Gecko. Greg is a beach bum. He just hangs around the pool. His cousin is the one on TV who sells insurance, and supports Greg. (18 of 47)",
"Tropical plants, sand and sun. Just seems like we were the only people here. PERFECT! (19 of 47)",
"Back to the main island, check out those boats. They are the dive fleet. Scuba diving groups go out 3 to 4 times a day, and a snorkel boat goes out a 8:30 and 2:30 every day. Diving and snorkeling are great. (20 of 47)",
"This pelican hung around most of the time. Got lots of treats from the dive crews. Everyone was helpful and great. (21 of 47)",
"Back up those 52 steps... Take a rest and look around. OK, ready to hit the bar. (22 of 47)",
"The dining room was open too. On three levels, with a breeze and a view. Great food, too. (23 of 47)",
"Something was always happening at the bar, singing - dancing - contests - live entertainment - new friends. (24 of 47)",
"Local entertainment, dancing and singing. Two for one! (25 of 47)",
"Sara and Kristel getting with it. (26 of 47)",
"Our new friend, Dorothy was from out east. She lived next to us. We adopted her. Dorothy is 80 years young, and snorkeled every day. She was in the bar visiting and dancing every night. TOO MUCH ENERGY! We all should be so lucky. (27 of 47)",
"One day we had a snorkel trip, and after we went around the big island to Coxen Hole, the town by the airport. Anthony's Key owns an island there too. This island caters to the cruise ships that dock at Coxen Hole. We had the island to ourselves, and had a nice dinner, and met some dolphins. (28 of 47)",
"This is the dock area, photo shop and gift shop. Around in back and up the hill is a beautiful area with a pool and bar. (29 of 47)",
"There was a swimming and snorkeling area, nice beach, and lots of sand and sun. (30 of 47)",
"For our group it was great. Wouldn't want to be here when a cruise ship empties out, but then, who likes cruise ships anyway? (31 of 47)",
"Check out the 2 level pool. Shaped like a fish. (32 of 47)",
"Had another great lunch. Catered by our waiters from the other side of the island. Hamburgers, and other exotic dishes. One of my favorite meals. (33 of 47)",
"After lunch, we got to meet Jack, a 3 year old dolphin. (34 of 47)",
"We met Jack, and he entertained us, splashed everyone, then settled in to meet us up close. (35 of 47)",

"John got (or gave him) a kiss - don't quite know how that worked... (43 of 47)",
"Sara got Jack all to herself. (44 of 47)",
"She liked that kiss too! Gotta keep an eye on that girl. (45 of 47)",
"When it was over, Jack went off to play, and we went back around the island to the resort. (46 of 47)",
"We still have a few days to go, but we left Roatan for a quick trip to Copan, and the Mayan Ruins. (47 of 47 LAST SLIDE, CLICK ON HOME BELOW)"
